What we do

In contributing to the fight against Non communicable Diseases, we conduct weekly jogging activities that we’ve named “CMDA Health run” which aims to encourage both young and old people to develop a habit of engaging in regular physical activities.

Our Focus

What we Do

Promote health, healing, and wellness in individuals and society through a holistic approach that addresses spiritual, emotional, and physical needs.

Community Service

We encourage members and the society to participate in social developing projects by volunteering in a diverse of activities which, essentially, aid in the provision of health care services and environmental hygiene that benefits the community.

Health Promotion

We provide healthcare education to different societies in our community such as religious institutions, primary & secondary schools and elderly homes. We advocate for lifestyle modification including regular physical activities and diet control to combat the burden of NCDs. We also educate them about the risk factors and prevention of highly prevalent health conditions in the community.

Capacity Building

In collaboration with IHS Global we conduct Saline Trainings that enriches healthcare workers with skill set in integrating Spirituality and healthcare so as to foster holistic healing to patients. We also provide an international platform for ambitious students and professionals to capitalize on their education, talents and giftedness through treasuring their reading and writing skills, research opportunities and job performance attitude.

Fun Run

In the quest to contribute to the health of the community we launched a weekly activity that involves university students and their lecturers going out for a fun run every other Saturday of the week which will encourage them to build a habit of engaging in regular physical activities despite the busy schedules and also help promote and engaging relationship between medical students and lectures.

Mentorship

We hold workshops that aim to nurture and develop talents, visions of young professionals and students that will help bring out the best version of them for the glory of God.

National, Regional and International Conferences.

• As a member of the International Christian Medical and Dental Association (ICMDA) we organize conferences both National and International which bring together healthcare personnel from different parts of the world with the aim to promote collaboration and also celebrate diversity.
• Imagedoctors International was privileged to host the 17th ICMDA World Conference in Arusha, Tanzania on June 2023 which brought together more than 1000 health professionals and students from about 100 countries.
